All instruments are sold with a two-week return policy. If you do not like an instrument you may return it (in its original condition) for a full refund, for any reason, within two weeks of receiving it. If you are returning the instrument due to a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the instrument for any other reason, we ask that you cover the return shipping costs. The same terms apply to the purchase of sheet music, strings, and accessories.

We usually ship sheet music, strings, recorders, soft cases, and accessories domestically and internationally via USPS. We fill orders and ship items as soon as possible, but there may be slight delays in shipping. Shipping costs and services are based on current rates and are determined at checkout. We ship our bowed string instruments via FedEx. The domestic flat rates are calculated at checkout. International shipping rates vary considerably. An exact price can be provided- please send your full address with your request.
